Vénus Khoury-Ghata (born 1937, in Bsharri, Lebanon) is a French-Lebanese writer.〔http://lebanon.poetryinternationalweb.org/piw_cms/cms/cms_module/index.php?obj_id=473&x=1〕 In 1959, she was Miss Beirut. She married French researcher Jean Ghata.
